Paul brings over 15 years experience in project finance and commercial structuring to Brunswick Group. Through his time as an Executive Director at Plenary Group and before that ABN Amro, Paul has been able to develop a proven track record of partnering with Government and social institutions to deliver "win - win" infrastructure solutions. Paul is responsible for all commercial and financial arrangements in the operations of Brunswick Group.

Marcus Lyon

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As a specialist in design and construction, Marcus is able to draw on 20 years of experience in the property and construction market in Australia. A former Executive Director (Head of Design and Construction) at Plenary Group, Marcus has a comprehensive understanding as to what is involved to deliver property outcomes for infrastructure projects. Marcus brings a unique consultative approach that enables projects to be delivered on time and on budget with the desired outcomes to meet all parties' needs.

Howard McCorkell

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Howard brings over 20 years experience in the Australian construction market along with a specialisation in working with institutional clients to deliver their desired construction outcomes. With a "hands on" approach and a practical mind, Howard has forged a reputation as a builder with an acute understanding of clients' needs and a specialist in design outcomes to deliver the best value for money for clients.

Damien Newton Brown

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Damien is the Managing Director of McCorkell Constructions and brings with him a vast knowledge of design and construction experience forged over the past 20 years in the Australian construction market. Damien brings a knowledge and understanding of complex partnering arrangements as they relate to construction, for the benefit of Brunswick Group and its partners.

Phil Dreaver

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Phil is a senior executive in the infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on Public Private Partnerships. He is a founding director and owner of Plenary Group North America and led the origination of 24 projects with an asset value of in excess of $12 billion. Phil’s experience includes the negotiation, structuring, financing, construction and operational management of projects across a range of sectors, including roads, bridges, rail, health, education, defence, justice, data as well as special purpose facilities

for government. Since moving back to Australia in 2015 Phil’s role is as Chief Investment Officer for Plenary Group where he is responsible for the deployment and management of Plenary’s capital investments as well as providing strategic input and best practice management in project partnering, pursuit strategy, financial structuring and the management of Plenary’s portfolio of concessions.
